Please refer to " HOTEL Section" of our tournament web site for details on each of the tournament hotels to help you make your selections

Please note “These hotels are the official accommodations for Showdown In Cowtown”. Your team is therefore required to support these hotels.

No other accommodations are to be utilized. Rooms must be booked with the Showdown In Cowtown block only. No outside booking agents may be utilized.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification to tournament.

Please contact the Group Sales Agent for the Sponsoring Hotel that You wish to stay at from the above list. Please call mon to fri between 9.00am and
4.30 and tell the Sales Agent that your team wants to book under the Showdown In Cowtown Block of rooms that as been set aside for the Teams.

Notice : Team checking out of Tournament sponsoring Hotels for any reasons during the tournament will be disqualified from further play if they go to Non-sponsoring Hotels. The team Manager must notify the tournament head directors of any Moves. Thank you !!

A Non-Refundable Deposit of $900.00 Canadian is required with this application to hold your entry.

The full amount of team entry $1,945.00 Canadian is due prior to May 1, 2011.

Cheques are payable to – Showdown In Cowtown.

Deadline for all Filled out Application Forms, Checklist Forms and Roster Forms is May 1, 2011.

Copies of player Birth Certificates must be on hand at all games with the team manager.

A copy of your team insurance is required by no later than May 1, 2011.

A team logo and Roster is due no later than May 1, 2011.

We ask all visiting teams to please stay at sponsoring hotels. Failure to do so will result in a team being returned their cheque (minus any charges or deposits).
